This is a thick Victorian cigar band ring in 14 karat rose gold with a bold scultpural design. The band boasts detailed leaf pattern that wraps around the surface, creating fantastic texture throughout. The engraving work is deep and well-defined, giving the ring a richly dimensional quality. Inside the shank, the inscription "Charlie to Libbie" is hand engraved, adding a personal touch from the ring's original history. The rose gold has a warm, soft color that suits the romantic Victorian styling. There is a small cartouche on the front with worn engraving. This ring is an awesome find, with a substantial weight and thickness, a rarity for a wide band like this one.
