This Retro-era cameo ring by Baskin Bros. features a carved hardstone cameo depicting a Roman soldier in profile. The stone is a rich rust-red color, the cameo shows presents with finely carved detail in the helmet and facial features. The stone is set in a thick bezel with a chunky 14 karat yellow gold mounting and polished finish throughout. The proportions are bold and substantial, and the ring wears well on a variety of hands.

CONDITION
The ring is in good condition overall. A sizing seam is visible on the shank. There is light wear consistent with age. Some age-related chipping around the beveled edge of the cameo.
