This vintage heart pendant features a charming floral design with a bright pinkish-red synthetic ruby set at the center in a secure bezel. The 10 karat yellow gold has a subtle two-tone quality with lovely surface texture throughout the heart shape. The pendant measures 37.7mm tall by 20mm wide, making it a nice size for everyday wear or layering.

The pendant is in nice condition with patina throughout consistent with age. One of the leaf tips seems to be missing however its not terrible noticeable.
