This substantial Edwardian pendant features a large horizontal amethyst set in a sterling silver frame detailed with small seed pearls. A dreamy bow motif surrounds the central stone. The purple of the amethyst is a soft pastel hue and rests in a secure bezel setting. Seed pearls and four additional round cut amethysts are arranged around the frame. This beautiful pendant is over 100 years old and has developed a time-earned patina consistent with age.
