This Victorian lava cameo bracelet features a row of oval carved cameos in a light khaki brown color, each depicting classical women in the Grand Tour souvenir tradition. The cameos are set in bezel frames with prong backs, linked together in silver tone base metal that retains a lightly worn gold wash. A hidden box clasp secures the bracelet, and a safety chain is present for added security. The piece is well over 100 years old as sold as found. There is heavy wear throughout the bracelet, including one small crack some visible solder. This piece has the character of a fragile antique and should be worn with care.
