This Art Nouveau pendant features a softly rectangular form built around a bezel-set amethyst. The amethyst is luscious, eye-clean, and presents with some light color zoning. An additional small oval-cut amethyst drop hangs from the bottom. Seed pearls accent the design, finished with applied floral details around the border. The openwork construction has hand-applied milgrain throughout, giving the piece a naturalistic, handmade quality true to the Arts and Crafts movement. The pendant hangs from a newly added 18in chain.
