Art Deco Onyx & Diamond Ring in 14K Yellow Gold

This Art Deco ring features a table-cut black onyx with a polished surface, bezel-set in a rectangular frame. A single old European cut diamond, 0.03ct, is set at the top of the onyx face, near-colorless and eye-clean. The bezel carries delicate engraved detailing, and the shoulders are hand-engraved with similar care. Faded rhodium plating remains on the shoulders and bezel, giving the upper portion of the ring a softer, white-toned finish against the polished yellow gold shank. A charming antique ring with nice finger coverage.

CONDITION
The ring shows age-related wear consistent with its era. The rhodium plating on the shoulders and bezel has faded, revealing some of the yellow gold beneath. A wonderful art deco jewel!
