This German Art Deco necklace features a bold rectangular carnelian pendant measuring 31.85x19.64mm, framed in sterling silver with marcasite accents. The rich orange-red of the carnelian is warm and slightly translucent, showing nice depth of color. Along the chain, openwork stations set with marcasites add delicate interest and a bit of old world sparkle. The construction is solid and the necklace has good weight on the neck.
