CONDITION Beautiful antique condition. Evidence of worn black enamel consistent with age. The carved agate is prong set with a slight wiggle but remains secure. Cosmetic hairline on the back of the agate, likely a result of the original carving, stable and not visible when worn. A striking and highly collectible antique treasure that should be worn/collected with care. This piece is over 100 years old, and although it is in very nice condition for its age, it does require more care than contemporary jewelry.
